- Total awareness: Alertness is the primary responsibility of the leader to continuously check and important data (internal / external) as well as the activities in one’s organisation. The leader has to be very alert about the movement of his employees. It is important to read the minds of the employees and continuously monitor their work.
- Morals in Business: The root of any business lies in its core value system – its philosophy. This is also pointed out by the Father of Modern Management – Peter Drucker. ‘Guidance’ ,’Decision in Action’,’ Adhering To Law’, ’Doing One’s Duty’ are few ethics in Business which has to be adhered at any point of time.
3.Person full of life: The first requirement to initiate any task is that you should be OPTIMISTIC. A right mix of attitude and energy is the formula of SUCCESS. These Leadership qualities should be developed by any person who aspires to be successful not only in the corporate world but also in life : Bravery , Resentment , Quickness , Dexterity.

4.Setting an example: Leaders not only inform team they LIVE by them and showcase to others. Leaders understand that ‘Discipline Starts from the Top’ and ‘Leaders are Followed’, hence they live my these principles and set an example for others to follow.

5.Decision Making: To become a leader you should think like a leader. One of the important qualities of a leader is good decision-making. A leader has to be a fast thinker, a fast decision makers , and fast implementer.
