How to stop being Lazy and to start achieving your goals ?

Draft your goals
You will feel the difference immediately when you know what you want accomplish. Is it money or fulfilment or service? This goal drafting will help you to start working towards your goal. List should only contain 5 items with their respective timelines expected outcome.

Start Planning
Once your top 5 goals are ready, do a research to evaluate your skills level required to achieve them. List out the missing puzzle required to achieve your goal and mark a realistic timeline to achieve them. Few goals might have very short timelines doesn’t mean it’s impossible. Clear planning can enable you stick to your goal.

Start to focus on a small part
Brain works when focused on single item at a time. Multitasking can help you sometime but eventually it starts draining all your energy and focus. So break your goals into small parts & start working on them to see more success.

Start working at your comfortable time
This doesn’t mean, you can sit on pile of goals / task. It simply means daily start when your efficiency it as peak. It can be early in the morning or evening or late night. But only when you can have productive outcome you are bound to succeed.

Start tracking your progress
Mark your progress against the planned timelines. See the gaps in the progress and try to bridge them as soon as possible.

Start realizing your future
Your vision for the future is the key motivator for all your actions. Visualize yourself being successful achieve all your 5 goals. The happiness / wealth the outcome brings will in turn motivate you to do more.
